You will:

• get a short introduction on the historical background of the portrait of a beautiful French actress – Marthe Mellot
• learn interesting facts about the painter Felix Vallotton: a local Swiss/French artist from Lausanne
• start with short warm-up sketching exercises prepared especially for beginners
• learn how to sketch the face, nose, eyes and other facial elements from different angles to create more dynamic portraits
• explore basic shadowing techniques
  understand how to draw the head from an angle, how to shade realistic features, and how to draw a complete realistic portrait.
• sketch in a great atmosphere in the walls of Zurich Kunsthaus
• get an individual analysis of your drawing and hints for the future from our Creator of December 2018 Aleksandra Bzdzikot
