Nicole Keller

Nicole Keller, the dynamic Managing Director of Green Up, brings a rich tapestry of experience spanning over 15 years in project management, governance, communications, strategy, and business development. Her career trajectory took a unique turn after studying business administration, leading her to establish an organization focused on youth development and understanding their role in the world. 

Nicole’s deep-seated passion for sustainable development was nurtured through global travels, where she engaged in various roles, including setting up CSR strategies in Italy and contributing to disaster risk reduction projects in collaboration with entities like The World Bank. Her work has spanned continents, allowing her to collaborate with inspiring individuals and organizations. 

A leader in sustainability, Nicole is also a consultant, leveraging her lateral thinking skills to create impactful change. Currently based in the Swiss mountains, she continues to pursue her passion, skillfully blending her extensive experience while embracing new challenges at Green Up. Renée LaPlante

Renée LaPlante is a distinguished leader in culture innovation and people performance, with a career spanning 25 years across various sectors including technology, advertising, non-profit organizations, and consulting. After a decade at Google, Renée pivoted to address some of humanity’s greatest challenges. 

As an Independent Consultant, she now guides organizations in creating inclusive cultures and aligning their practices with sustainable objectives. Renée is the founder of Decarbonista, a social impact initiative focused on personal footprint reduction and climate change education. 

Her approach is deeply rooted in science and data, promoting a blame-free, empowering perspective on global climate issues.
