- Explore different topics, challenges, and ideas.
- Brainstorm solutions and ideas with a diverse group of people, leveraging different perspectives and experiences to develop new and innovative ideas and solutions.
- Learn new perspectives and techniques for leading with creativity and fostering a culture of innovation within your team or organization.
- Take with you lots of new ideas and inspirations to take tangible actions toward achieving your goals.

Iwona Fluda is a trailblazer in the world of creativity, committed to unlocking the transformative power of creative (cognitive and manual) thinking in individuals and organizations. As the founder of the Ministry of Creativity LLC, a Swiss-based enterprise on a mission to bring more creativity to the world, Iwona designs and leads tailor made online and offline experiences to promote creativity and creative skills through interdisciplinary approaches.
