You will:

  • make your own cheese in a special environment
  • process 200 liters of milk into cheese in a Stöckli (a Swiss farmyard building) from 1741
  • receive your cheese after 4 months aging time (only possible to an address within Switzerland)
  • also have a possibility to attend the workshop without buying the cheese
