You will:

  • get a short introduction to the history of flatbread
  • learn how to bake a range of both leavened and unleavened flatbreads
  • prepare 3 kinds of flatbreads: Naan (Afghani origin), Pita Bread (Arabic), and Chapati (Indian subcontinent)
  • shape and bake them
  • see the difference between them and pair them with delicious mezze typical of Levant region
  • spend 4 creative hours with the master and founder of il pane di una volta, Grazia De Martino
