Undated Lullaby is a collaborative painting between myself and a robot, imagining a celestial realm built not for humans, but for machines. Inspired by Dante’s Paradiso, the work layers oil-painted robotic figures over printed silk backgrounds, infused with AI-generated verses written in Dante’s original meter. The result is a speculative heaven where mechanical beings sing in silence, play cellos, and dream in code. It is both an ode and a question: If machines could ascend, what would their paradise look like—and who would they sing to when we are gone?
