π΅ DiSC β stands for (D)ominance, (i)nfluence, (S)teadiness and (C)conscientiousness, and it describes four main personality profiles we all have but some more dominant than others. This assessment will show you what your strongest features are and why you do things the way you do. π Knowing that you will be able to adjust your tasks to your capabilities.
π’ Gallup test β it measures your specific order of 34 CliftonStrengths or talents simply speaking. You can either check your Top 5 talents or all 34. Some people say that they have no talents and that is absolutely not true! Everybody has different talents and taking the Gallup test will reveal yours and that will help you know yourself better and develop based on those talents.
π΄ 16 personalities β this test is pretty similar to the Gallup one but maybe a little simpler. Answering questions leads you to discover your main personality type. This one you can do free of charge.
