Being yourself

πŸ€” While trying to be creative we tend to look for new skills and try to become better people/employees etc. Sometimes it can lead to us pretending to be somebody else or trying so hard to be perfect that our mental health breaks down because the new things we do are so against our nature.

πŸ€ Try looking inside you instead of comparing yourself to others. There are many tools available to help you discover your talents and your personality types. This knowledge will allow you to work (and live) more effectively and in agreement with your nature. We think it’s safe to say that knowing yourself will result in finally enjoying your life ✨

πŸ”΅ DiSC – stands for (D)ominance, (i)nfluence, (S)teadiness and (C)conscientiousness, and it describes four main personality profiles we all have but some more dominant than others. This assessment will show you what your strongest features are and why you do things the way you do. πŸ˜‰ Knowing that you will be able to adjust your tasks to your capabilities.

🟒 Gallup test – it measures your specific order of 34 CliftonStrengths or talents simply speaking. You can either check your Top 5 talents or all 34. Some people say that they have no talents and that is absolutely not true! Everybody has different talents and taking the Gallup test will reveal yours and that will help you know yourself better and develop based on those talents.

πŸ”΄ 16 personalities – this test is pretty similar to the Gallup one but maybe a little simpler. Answering questions leads you to discover your main personality type. This one you can do free of charge.

🎨 If you’re on a quest to find creativity and haven’t yet explored yourself be sure to check out those tests, and it may turn out creativity is already in your nature 😊
