New Year’s Resolutions

How are you dealing with your New Year’s resolutions? Still full of energy, or maybe you’re already too exhausted to keep moving toward your goals?

📌 Here comes the hard truth about motivation – you need to work on it as well.

Have you ever wondered why we are so eager to change something in January? Why not in April or October? The answer is pretty simple –because we all love new beginnings and fresh starts.

It’s like when we buy a new notebook, a planner, or a white canvas with a set of brushes. They are fresh, shiny, untouched, and ready to be used. But then you cross something out or make some stains. And it’s not that fresh and shiny anymore. Not that thrilling or attractive.

❓ Is that what happens with our New Year’s resolutions?
❓ How can we avoid it?

Here are some ideas:
✅ Choose realistic goals,
✅ divide big projects into smaller tasks,
✅ keep measuring your results,
✅ ask others to support your attempts,
✅ find people with similar goals, and keep inspiring each other.

👉 Visualize your destination with all your senses. What happens when you achieve your goals? How does it feel? Exciting? Scary? Satisfying? All the above?

🙏 And remember, there is nothing wrong with taking a break, postponing, or changing your plans! As long as you feel that this is the right thing to do! 💙
