Learning how to control your emotions, stress, and anxiety levels is crucial to our psychological wellbeing 😊

If you don’t find organizing relaxing, there are plenty more ways for you to try 😉

🍀 Exercise – it’s one of the best ways of relieving tension. You can do yoga, stretching, or cardio and Zumba if you prefer more energizing ways.
🍀 Go and have a stroll among some nature. Forest, beach – whatever’s close. Looking at nature is proven to be one of the top most relaxing activities.
🍀 If you’re stressed about a situation write about it. It will help you get it out and look at things from a different perspective.
🍀 Chew a gum. Chewing gum causes brain waves similar to those of relaxed people, and it’s a very fast and simple way to relieve stress.
